Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective seals are intact to guarantee a successful processing.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
